This is your chance to challenge and transform limiting and unaligned beliefs by embodying your inner feminine essence.

This one-on-one coaching program will have you feeling more embodied, confident, empowered, and connected to yourself.  
During the course of this program, you will find the tools and strategies you need to be present, calm, positive and aligned in your daily life.  

You will dive DEEP over this 12 weeks, and I will be here every step of the way.  You will have the time, space and energy you need to challenge your beliefs, process past traumas and suppressed experiences, and transform your life.  Allowing you to reconnect and realign with your authentic self, so that you can live a more fulfilling life. 

Individual Coaching 

Individual coaching sessions are perfect for you if you:
  • Feel like you have something 'small' to feel in to and shift.
  • Feel drawn to working with me, even if you don't quite know how coaching works.  
  • Would like to test the waters before committing to the 12-week program. 
Individual coaching sessions are capped at a max of 2.  If you are looking to make significant change, transformation or to process deep seeded, long-term emotions and trauma, please join my 12-week program.  ​
